What We Do Not Collect

- No Public Media Uploads: Visitors cannot upload media files to our website.
3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We do not use tracking cookies.
Because our website runs on modern infrastructure (Astro and Cloudflare), we do not set tracking cookies, marketing pixels or third-party advertising scripts. You will not see a cookie consent banner on our site because nothing on it requires consent.
Visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit our website, which pages they read, where visits come from and how quickly pages load. It does not use cookies or other storage in your browser, does not fingerprint your device and does not follow you across other websites. We see totals and trends only, never information that identifies you.
Note: The only client-side storage our website uses is a local browser preference (via localStorage) to remember whether you selected light or dark mode. This preference remains entirely within your browser and contains zero personally identifiable information.
4. Hosting & Infrastructure
Our website is hosted securely on Cloudflare. Like virtually all web servers, Cloudflare may process basic technical data (such as IP addresses and standard browser user agent headers) at the network edge strictly to ensure site security, mitigate DDoS attacks, and route traffic efficiently. We do not use this operational data to identify individual visitors. Our project inquiry form is provided by Fillout (fillout.com), which processes the details you submit on our behalf.
5. How We Share Your Data
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
Inquiry submissions are collected by Fillout, the form service we use, and sent to our studio inbox so Stuart or Tabitha can review them. We do not share your contact details with external marketers or unapproved third parties. We will only disclose information if required to do so by applicable law or to protect our legal rights.
6. How Long We Retain Your Data
We retain inquiry submissions and email correspondence only for as long as necessary to conduct business discussions, provide quotes, or fulfill administrative and accounting obligations if you become a client. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are periodically purged from our communication systems.
