Why It Matters

Digital Has Volume, Print Has Weight

In high-stakes B2B services, the collateral you leave behind in a meeting carries as much weight as your initial presentation.

  1. Unified Touchpoints

Your slide deck, executive leave-behind, proposal, and website speak with one singular visual voice.

  2. Operational Systems

We build functional master templates so your internal team can produce new materials without breaking brand standards.

  3. Print Production Rigor

Expert guidance on paper weights, tactile finishes, and prepress calibration to avoid costly printing errors.

  4. Founder-Led Execution

Every piece is art-directed by the co-founders, Tabitha Ayers and Stuart Crawford.

Client Feedback

In Their Words

Dallas Design Co elevated our print materials across the board. From sales decks to leave-behinds, everything feels sharper, more cohesive, and far more persuasive. Our team now walks into meetings with confidence, and it’s made a real difference in how prospects respond.

Ryan McAllisterVP of Sales

I’ve worked with three design agencies before Dallas Design Co. The difference isn’t the quality of the output – though that’s excellent. It’s that they actually understand business. They’re not just making things look good. They’re thinking about what the brand needs to do.

Questions

Common Questions About Graphic Design and Collateral

Do you take on standalone graphic design jobs?

We work primarily on cohesive, strategic branding engagements rather than isolated production jobs. Collateral is most effective when engineered alongside underlying positioning and visual identity systems. However, if your firm already has established, high-quality brand guidelines and needs a comprehensive collateral suite (such as new presentation systems or capability literature), we can scope this within our typical minimum engagement of $10,000 USD.

Do you manage advertising campaigns or social media accounts?

No. We design high-end creative collateral, digital templates, and campaign assets, but we do not buy media, place ads, or manage ongoing social media accounts. Our focus is strategic branding, identity design, and supporting communications.

What presentation and document software do you support?

We deliver master collateral in the applications your team actually uses. Presentations are built as native Keynote, PowerPoint, or Google Slides templates. Print collateral and publications are designed in Adobe InDesign and delivered as press-ready PDFs, along with editable templates in Word, Google Docs, or Canva, where appropriate for internal staff workflows.

Do you handle physical printing and shipping?

We provide full pre-press production files, technical paper specifications, finish guidance (such as foil stamping, spot gloss, or embossing), and direct coordination with printers. While we do not operate an in-house print shop, we routinely liaise with our clients’ chosen commercial printers or introduce vetted trade printing partners across Texas and nationally.

How does collateral design fit into a broader rebrand?

In a full branding engagement (which typically takes 6 to 10 weeks), collateral design occurs during the implementation phase. Once your logo, color system, and typographic hierarchy are finalized, we apply the design language directly to your key sales assets—pitch decks, proposal covers, capability statements, and stationery—ensuring your launch is fully armed.

Who owns the source files once the project is completed?

Your firm owns 100% of the approved deliverables and editable source files. Upon receipt of final payment, master presentation templates, vector artwork, and document layouts transfer entirely to your team for unrestricted commercial use.
