Our Approach

From Positioning to Production

We do not guess, crowd-source, or churn out decorative doodles. Every mark we present is rooted in business positioning and tested against real-world friction.

  1. Strategic Context

We examine your competitive landscape, target market, and strategic differentiators before sketching a single concept.

  2. Form Exploration

We explore distinct visual metaphors and typographic structures, winnowing dozens of ideas down to the strongest viable directions.

  3. Stress-Testing

Before presentation, concepts are proofed in black-and-white, micro-scales, motion contexts, and realistic application mockups.

  4. Asset Packaging

Once refined and approved, marks are vectorized, mathematically balanced, and bundled into an intuitive folder structure ready for your team.

Client Feedback

In Their Words

The process was faster and clearer than any agency we’d worked with. And the result? We’ve had three competitors ask who did our branding.

Priya R.Director of Marketing

We knew we needed a rebrand. We didn’t know how much it would change the way we felt as we walked into client meetings. That part was unexpected.

Questions

Common Questions About Logo Design

Can we commission a standalone logo without a full branding engagement?

We rarely design logos in total isolation. A mark divorced from positioning, typography, color architecture, and messaging almost never solves an established business’s underlying commercial challenge. Our logo design work is delivered within cohesive brand identity engagements, which typically start at $10,000 USD. If you have an established strategic foundation and simply need an evolved visual asset, contact us and we will give you a direct, honest evaluation.

What file types and formats will we receive?

You receive a production-grade master asset kit organized by medium. This includes infinitely scalable vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, and vector PDF) for large-format print, signage, and apparel, as well as high-density screen-ready raster files (transparent PNG and WebP). Assets are pre-configured in CMYK for commercial printing, RGB for digital screens, and pure 100% black and white knockouts.

How many initial logo concepts and revisions do we get?

Rather than presenting dozens of half-baked variations and asking you to do the art direction, we curate a small number of distinct, strategic directions (typically 2 to 3). Each concept is demonstrated across realistic touchpoints (stationery, digital interfaces, print collateral) so you can evaluate how it functions in reality. Your proposal sets out the feedback and revision rounds used to refine the selected direction.

Who owns the intellectual property and copyright for the logo?

You do. Upon receipt of final payment, full intellectual property and commercial copyright for the approved final logo and identity marks transfer entirely to your firm. We reserve only the standard right to showcase the completed work in our professional portfolio.

Do you handle trademark clearance and legal registration?

We perform internal visual conflict checks to ensure your logo is original and distinctive. However, formal legal clearance and USPTO trademark registration must be handled by an intellectual property attorney. We frequently liaise directly with our clients’ legal counsel to provide the exact vector exports and technical specifications needed for filing.

How long does the logo and identity design process take?

When completed as part of a comprehensive brand identity and strategy engagement, the process typically takes between 6 to 10 weeks. This timeline allows for thorough research, positioning, concept development, feedback, and meticulous asset production.
